I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, this is a very well-organized place in every respect.

The hotel is right by the sea. You can go snorkeling from the pier. There are large coral reefs underwater with many living things. There are also many big and small fish. It is walking distance from the cliff bar. The all-inclusive package includes three meals, and the food is very good. The service is very enthusiastic, and the room is average. If you come here for snorkeling, you will not be disappointed.

The room I booked was a premium pool view room, to show you what premium is, the chairs were broken and dirty, there were dirty marks, and there was dust under the glass of the table, this kind of room is not worth the price of 1280, I complained to Ctrip, and then they said they would give me 200 Ctrip reserve funds, I said thank you, no need

Nice hotel, within walking distance of the Cliff Bar. There are many rooms, clean and comfortable, four-star standard. For Valentine's Day, all the desserts were made into heart shapes, very detailed.

The hotel is great, the rooms are big and clean. All meals are included in the buffet style, and there are many food choices. The service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. There is a private beach, a floating bridge extending out to the sea, and colorful corals and fish are in the water. The water is calm and you can snorkel for a long time. It is also a 15-minute walk from the mythical Farsha Cafe in Aladdin.

I booked it for you. I didn't say anything was wrong. Everything was good.

Never wrote reviews before, but this holiday and the hotel Reef oasis beach resort where so nice that I must to share our experience. The hotels area is very clean and looked after, room what we stayed where modern and clean. The sea and the sea-live(snorkeling) don't have words to describe it just wow wow and wow. In hotel as we notice is more focused to the Italian visitors, all the food is focused as well to Italian kitchen(can't say it's bad to be honest) so being not Italian nationality it could affect the stay, but the staff who works there is amazing always helpful, always looking after you to get entertained, and aspecially would like to say thank you to Mahmed(habibi) who works in the main bar not far from reception, he made our holiday experience very pleasant. Looking to go again but shame the prices at mean time not pleasant but we won't give up:)

Just finished another trip at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Absolutely love it here. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. The buffet restaurants are great, absolutely wonderful food, lots of variation every day, and caters for everyone. The grill restaurant and Indian which are also included, are absolutely out of this world. Some of the best food we have had in all restaurants here. The bars all serve a great selection of drinks. The wine, beer, and cocktails are all great, and there are plenty of bars to choose from. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day, with a gorgeous pool view. Every part of the hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff here are just second to none. They make it their mission to ensure you have a great time and want for nothing throughout your stay, whether they are in the restaurants, bars, or around the pool. We have stayed here 4 times now and the staff always recognise us on our return which makes it extra special. They really do care about making your stay as good as possible. The beach is gorgeous, and there is very easy access to the reef, which is incredible, one of the best snorkelling spots in Sharm. A special mention to Abdo, who was in the beach bar this year, who couldn't do enough to make sure that everyone was topped up with drinks and food throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Nabil, Mina, Ahmed, Maruan, and Ashraf served top-quality drinks while ensuring express service. Their energy, passion, and commitment made every day full of joy and unforgettable experiences. Their performances and animations were top-notch, and we had a great time every day. Special thanks go to Sasa and Manna, who made every day special with their energy and smiles. They could make us laugh to tears and always had time for us. Thanks to them, we felt like we were among friends. And their Zumba classes? Absolutely masterful! The guys led them with such passion and skill that we can confidently say they were better than professional instructors in Poland! Guest Care First and Foremost The Reef Oasis Beach hotel stands out on the international stage with its attention to guest satisfaction, literally at every stage. Any, even the smallest problem, was treated as a priority. Culinary Delights The culinary journey in the hotel restaurants was an unforgettable experience. The variety of dishes and their exquisite taste made every meal a true feast for the palate. The chefs deserve special praise for their creativity and talent. We especially remembered the gentleman who made delicious pizza at night. Amenities and Kind Gestures The gentlemen who drove tourists around the hotel grounds were extremely courteous, and one of them, wearing a cap, made our time more pleasant by playing Polish music – it was a very nice gesture! Absolutely loved our stay at the reef oasis, we was a party of 7 who go on holiday every year in February. Reception staff were ok probably could smile more but didn’t have much of an issue. How ever they were very rude to my friends and unpleasant. We was placed in room 8211 and we was given the best housekeeper EVER MUSTAFA your towel art was amazing as was you. Thankyou for making our room clean and tidy every day. We went to the pool every day near the shops and MOHAMMAD( our brother) you was the best, talk about your service and fantastic cocktails. You looked after us you was an absolute trooper. The lifeguard were fantastic too. Food was fabulous and dinning staff just couldn’t do enough for us. Main bar big Boss man MOHAMMAD who has been there over twenty years what can I say you and your guys were absolutely fantastic. Never in my days have I been looked after so well. Big shout out to ALI THANKYOU.Animation team you was brilliant as was the dive centre. We all loved it that much we are coming again next year. Can’t wait. Thankyou so much guys for a fabulous holiday see you next February

The kids club at the reef oasis beach is excellent paticurly the staff Anjelika and Diams are really good with the kids so much that they can't wait to get there each day it was si lovely as a dad to see the kids so happy that it put my wife and mine minds at ease to know we could trust the girls with our kids

We went right before Christmas, 2 adults and 2 teenagers boys (13 and 14 yrs old). We had an amazing week, the Italian entertainment team was really amazing and very welcoming! The resort and restaurant staff was also very kind and always willing to make us happy with the service at the table. The food was good with a choices of international buffet and Italian dishes. I would improve the quality of the desserts which look great but are tasteless. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from , only one is heated in winter, but good enough to relax in the water. Staff at the swimming pool and beach was very nice as well. The beach is accessible from the resort (only 5 minutes walk if your room is close to the reception) and the coral reef there is just spectacular. Sea temperature is fine in December, it is warmer than the not heated pools. I’m very happy with my experience at this resort and I would definitely recommend staying there for a family.

Highly recommend this hotel! Beautiful grounds, huge room, fabulous food. Every staff member we came into contact with was super helpful and kind (especially Moamen in the Citadel restaurant). The pools were immaculate. The beach was crowded, but there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds (we used the pools). The main reason we chose this area was the incredible , easily accessible from the beach. Great choice of evening entertainment that catered for every taste. We will be back next year. Thank you!

Beautiful territory, good food, nice service. Amazing place during low season (we were in the end of January) - not windy and not cold to swim. Great location, close to Farsha and old square. And of course great animators! Really recommend this hotel!
