The soundproofing of the room is poor, and some sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly. There is still KTV singing in the middle of the night, and heart disease is about to be committed. I called the front desk. The front desk said there was a KTV on the 3rd floor. They asked about the situation. Ten minutes later, I was still singing. I called the front desk again. The front desk said to ask the on-duty leader to change the room for me. I said: If they are still singing at 12 o'clock, I will call the police. At 11:58, the singing stopped abruptly. It is difficult to fall asleep after bedtime. I woke up at more than 10 o'clock today, and breakfast was gone. When checking out, the young lady at the front desk asked me to give me a small gift to apologize, I don’t want it. I told her that I reserve the right to lodge a complaint with the Consumers Association. It's normal for you to have a KTV, you have to do a good job of sound insulation of the KTV. The hotel mainly provides accommodation for guests. You can also set the KTV use time, you can not sing after 10 pm, so as not to affect the rest of the guests. There is much more you can do.
