Since my wife eats very little for dinner, we didn't go to the buffet. We ordered two dishes at the Chinese restaurant, fully expecting it to be a disappointment, but to our surprise, the food was exceptionally good. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. What truly deserves a complaint is the hot springs. We were told it was open until 10 PM. While we were soaking at 8:30 PM, a staff member came and fiddled with a switch. I thought it was just routine maintenance or something, but then the hot spring water level started dropping lower and lower. That's when I realized he was draining the water, but he didn't ask us if we wanted to continue soaking, nor did he explain that he was going to drain the water. We had no choice but to check other pools, only to find that all of them had been drained. It was incredibly frustrating.

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were exquisite – quality truly shines through in every detail. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and were highly efficient, instantly melting away the fatigue from our journey.
