Aside from the good location, the hotel's facilities are truly awful! The air conditioning in the room only blew air and didn't cool. In cooling mode, the room temperature actually went up! The front desk staff were nice and cooperative about changing rooms, but the new room was the same. The bedding was very damp, and the room had an indescribable smell. Think twice before booking.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and there's a great snack street nearby. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again. The service was good, and it's truly a convenient place.

The first picture shows the bathroom door closed. When I needed to contact the front desk later, I realized the phone line was missing, so I couldn't reach them. They call it a smart room, and I thought I could use the AI assistant (Xiao Ai) to contact them, but that didn't work either; I had to go downstairs myself. Of course, what really left a bad taste in our mouths was this: the hotel is split into two, essentially the same place with identical decor and facilities. The price difference is threefold! We booked this for over 600, while the exact same room under a different hotel name was selling for just over 200! The only difference was the floor. Alright, a higher floor can be a bit more expensive, no problem, but at least there should be a view, right? Our twin room didn't even have a view...

Room Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. Hygiene: Exceptionally clean. Environment: Good environment. Service: Excellent service attitude.

Family trip, excellent experience. The front desk staff was very attentive and upgraded our room for free. The hotel is quiet with good soundproofing, and the location is superb, just a ten-minute walk to May Fourth Square.

First off, the service was terrible, really overbearing. The smell in the room was so bad it gave my whole family headaches and nausea. We couldn't even switch rooms; they just told us, 'This room has the same smell, regular guests know to air it out in advance.' Guess I'm just an ignorant traveler who doesn't know hotel etiquette! I tried to negotiate, saying, 'What if I just check out and go to another hotel?' They insisted I had to pay for the room first before checking out! In the end, my family and I had to switch hotels in the middle of the night, and they still charged us for the full day. Wow! As for hygiene, don't even get me started on the pungent drain smell! The duvet on one bed was rolled up in a ball, and the sheets were wrinkled and rumpled, making it feel like countless people had slept in it. Their response? 'That's just how the bed looks even after it's made...' And the 'sea view room' is a total scam. All you can see outside the window are buildings and the road. Where's the sea?!

The location was super easy to find, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice. She not only upgraded our room for free but also gave my child a little souvenir. We had a great time on this trip with the kid, definitely a five-star review!

From the 21st floor window, all you see are residential areas, almost like an urban village. 2. The room is quite small and has a faint musty smell, perhaps due to the humidity from being close to the sea. 3. Both the bathroom and shower stall are tiny and lack ventilation. 4. There's a good variety at breakfast, but the quality is mediocre; the bread and pastries are just taken out of their packaging boxes. Overall, it feels very average, not much different from a 200 CNY hostel in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region.

Service attitude and awareness: Extremely poor, showing no regard for guest safety. Utterly irresponsible and good at deflecting blame. Safety issues: Safety is a major concern at this hotel. Here's what actually happened: 1. The hotel room door wouldn't lock. Please see the pictures for the reason; their 'repair' of the lock was shocking. I immediately found two floor attendants who confirmed the lock was broken and the door couldn't be secured. As we were about to go for breakfast and had luggage, we requested a temporary empty room to store our belongings. We then went down for breakfast. 2. After going downstairs, we first reported the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff seemed unaware, and then a supposed male manager arrived. We tried to explain the problem, but he kept arguing emotionally, stirring up anger instead of solving the issue. Even though the hotel's cleaning staff had already inspected the broken lock on site, this male manager insisted there was nothing wrong with it, denying and deflecting the problem, and arguing. His attitude was not at all geared towards solving the problem or reassuring guests. We repeatedly emphasized how significant a safety risk an unsecured room was for women, given how many incidents of female safety issues in hotels have been reported online, with unimaginable consequences. He seemed completely unconcerned. After getting nowhere, we went for breakfast (as we had further plans). 3. After finishing breakfast and just stepping out of the restaurant, the male manager immediately caught up with us, admitted his poor attitude, and hoped we would calm down. We then discussed the issue again, but couldn't agree on a solution. Ctrip later had to intervene. 4. Guests check into a hotel for safety, comfort, and enjoyment. However, this hotel's service, responsibility, and safety truly astonished us. The door lock situation is documented with photos, so further words feel pointless. I do not recommend this hotel for single women; entrusting your safety to an irresponsible hotel is something you should seriously consider.
