The open-air parking spaces in the community are grabbed by yourself, and parking is charged like entering the community normally. The customer service said there are cheaper parking lots, but who would go there if they charge money and are far away? The elevator is also broken, the door of the building stinks, and the ceiling of the corridor is peeling! There are also sundries thrown by neighbors at the door of the room!! It really refreshed my cognition! Can such a shabby community be used as a homestay? ? ? Not to mention the house, the cheapest decoration materials are used to paint the walls and put some old furniture to open a homestay! It’s hard to say whether there is formaldehyde pollution! We arrived around 9pm and left at 8am the next morning! The sheets and pillowcases were all stained and couldn't be washed off, the bath towels were even more dirty and gray, and the smell of the toilet drain filled the whole room! The water pressure of the electric water heater was very low, and there was no dry and wet separation. When I took a shower and toilet, the floor was all wet, and the sand left by others was washed out of the floor. I was speechless! I wouldn't stay in this shabby place even if it was 10 yuan a night! ! And you still charge me nearly 700 a night? Why don't you just rob me of my money? Wouldn't it be nice if I just went to a hotel to get a room at this price? ? I came out to Qingdao to play for 5 days, and then I stayed in a star-rated hotel, and the price was about 700~800 a day! ! ! The sanitary conditions and comfort are completely incomparable! ! And there seem to be many homestays in this community, and the residents of the community have put up banners downstairs to boycott homestays. Anyway, I will never book a homestay in China again! Oh, and the sea view is nothing to see! Do you think this is Sanya? The sea in Golden Beach is turbid!! The only good sea view in Qingdao is the one in Laoshan, the green sea at the pier is ok, but you don't have to come to Golden Beach!! The beach is a scam for tourists, dirty and messy! The sanitary conditions of the roadside food stalls are worrying, and the quality of the residents is low!
