賓館很正規， 住起來放心舒服， 去市區可以先乘公交到地鐵站， 後做1號線到青島站， 交通很方便。 到台東也可以直接到站。 帶着大點的孩子來玩兒 很方便。

中規中矩的酒店，沒想到是速8的，可見速8這兩年進步不少，前台服務很好，熱情，寄存行李等服務也很到位。附近有超市、公交，生活出行都很方便。唯一不足是早餐品種少，味道一般，管飽而已，有可能的話再提高一些就更好了。

因為是去青島職業技術學院參加考試的，要求安靜一點，前台美女很nice and generosity，幫我們升級成不靠路邊的家庭套房，確實很安靜。房間較大，裝修風格雖然old style 一點，但環境安全啊。樓前停車場較大，可在前台錄入車牌，可免費出入，偶而停不下，也可以停後院汽車服務網點大停車場，很方便。吃飯向南可走300米路口左捌，路兩邊有kfc, 稼享等中式快餐，還是比較方便的。
