Orange Qingdao May Fourth Square MixC Hotel

This was my first time actually staying at Orange Hotel, although I've booked it for friends before. Honestly, the experience was pretty disappointing! My first complaint is about the dust and stains on the hairdryer. I reported it on the afternoon I checked in, but nobody did anything about it. Yesterday, I even called the front desk again to mention both the drain and the hairdryer. They said they'd fix it, but in the end, they only sent someone to sort out the drain. I had to deal with the dust and stains on the hairdryer myself! And then there's the issue with replenishing items – if you offer complimentary items, they should be refilled promptly, not left empty! Even the tissues I needed, I had to put them into the dispenser myself! If this were a 200 RMB hotel, I wouldn't mind doing it, but your pricing should reflect a certain level of service! Also, there are schools nearby, and the school sports day for the past two days made for incredibly noisy mornings! And your smart device kept lighting up by itself in the middle of the night; please, replace it! National Day is coming up soon, so everyone, think carefully before booking!

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Parking was convenient, and the location was easily accessible, being close to both the subway and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about 1.7 km from May Fourth Square, 2 km from Taitung Pedestrian Street, and 1.6 km from the Qingdao Beer Museum, making it very convenient to visit several of Qingdao's main attractions. The nearest subway station (Zhiquan Road, Exit B) is only about 200 meters away, a 5-minute walk. The hotel is very clean and, most importantly, quiet. It's set back about 100 meters from the main road, so there's no street noise disturbance, making it a quiet and comfortable area within the city. The hotel service was very thoughtful, and I promptly extended my stay for two more days.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the environment was fantastic! It's super convenient to get to all the attractions. After dinner, we could just stroll back. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; Qingdao is truly stunning! We even extended our stay for another day to explore more. :)
