地點很好，離地鐵站非常近，出行方便，自駕的也建議地鐵出行，青島的交通堵得厲害，停車也是個大問題。周邊飯店很多，吃飯很方便。老闆人很熱情很善良。房間總體有些小，東西沒地方放，衞生還好吧，還是自備物品使用吧。

衹有樓梯，帶箱子多的或重的不太便利，樓下均是外賣小吃飯店油煙和廢氣較多會往房間飄；布草有一些沒洗乾淨的污漬
不在意衞生條件的可以考慮住（近300一晚的價格）
老闆態度温和
離地鐵口近較便利

衹能説除了國慶這種時候，平常不是特別差錢不要住這了，，，隔音超級差天天被吵醒，衞生條件也堪憂，，，空調剛開的時候一股臭味，，洗衣機還要投硬幣才能用

老闆人很好，帶娃搬不動行李，老闆主動幫忙搬到三樓，現在是旺季，酒店都在漲價，老闆人很好，沒有給我們漲價，續訂還給優惠了一點，晚上非常安靜，能休息好，並且離的公交車站和地鐵站非常近，出門賓館就是，周圍是個小商圈和居民區，好多美食好吃不貴，推薦琴島順天蝦仁混沌，這個是連鎖店，現包的超級好吃。

房間挺乾淨整潔的，店家的服務特別熱情，因為很晚才到達住處，店主也等我們到了後才休息。周邊的配套設施也很齊全，去主要的遊覽景點也都很方便。以後去還是會選擇入住這家。😀
