The hotel facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive. The front desk service was exceptionally warm, friendly, and thoughtful. The location is excellent, and the room was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's rest!

The service was excellent; they even sent a plate of cherries to the room right after we checked in, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety for the price. My only slight disappointment was the somewhat basic gym facilities.

I stayed at this Hampton by Hilton for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly nice. The hotel environment felt very high-quality, modern, and minimalist yet warm. It was clean and tidy everywhere, making it very comfortable to look at. I have to commend the food. The breakfast had a rich variety of options; the hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and coffee were all prepared with care. I was very satisfied with the meal. The biggest plus was how quiet it was! Although the location might not be secluded, the soundproofing in the room was exceptionally good. Once the door was closed, it was completely silent, allowing me to fully relax after a day of work and sleep soundly until morning. The service was also very thoughtful, and the overall experience was outstanding. It's definitely a top choice among hotels in the same category. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location right on the main avenue makes getting around super convenient. My positive experience, about 90% of it, came from the amazing front desk service. First, a big thanks to the staff member who helped me with my trolley and delivered my package on the first day – really appreciated that! Then, the young lady at the front desk who checked me in was so enthusiastic. And finally, the staff who provided the breakfast to-go boxes on the second morning – their service was impeccable and very proactive. As the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun, but the memories last forever. I'm so grateful to my boyfriend; a 2,000-kilometer distance never felt far at all – it was so worth it. Qingdao is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back, again and again, without hesitation!

This hotel has been open for about five or six years, and I always arrange for my clients to stay here. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the facilities are very complete. The lobby has a water bar, coffee machine, juice, and biscuits, all readily available. The style is typical Hilton business. Overall, I'm satisfied!
