Good service, close to the beach

When I entered the room at around 2 p.m., I found that the equipment for inserting cards to draw power and turn on the lights was broken. There were hair, pine nut shells and a lot of dust on the floor of the room, hair on the bed, and hair and urine stains on the toilet in the bathroom. After calling the front desk, I went out to play. When I came back at 10pm, the power card plug-in device fell directly to the ground. I couldn't turn on the lights at all, and there were no lights. The hair and urine stains were still there intact. . . No problem was solved at all. I called the front desk and the person at the front desk said he was not responsible for repairs. We have no choice but to repair them ourselves for free. The elevator up the stairs didn't even show the floor. I just ignored him until I checked out and communicated with the hotel front desk. He didn't solve any problems and said he would just complain and communicate with Ctrip if there were any problems. It was a very disappointing stay! ! This kind of sea view room and service attitude are really rubbish, and I don’t like it!

整體來説還是不錯的，交通便利，附近設施齊全。就是門口停車有點費勁，還蹭柱子上了，車在停車位被堵了，問前台一個小夥，上來就説不知道，也不幫找，也不幫聯繫，堵酒店門口都不知道

房間很大很寬敞，佈局舒適，酒店位置離海很近，交通方便，海景房的話窗外就是海岸線，酒店服務很好，有需求有問題都能得到及時的解決，工作人員也都很盡職盡責，很温柔，入住兩天是非常棒的體驗，很推薦

房間很乾凈，也很安靜，服務很好，看我們去的晚了給我們免費升了房間。

從沒想到會住到這麼差的酒店！ 前台態度極差，電梯壞了不提前告知，辦理入住時方告知需要到隔壁寫字樓坐電梯。6部寫字樓電梯衹有一部到酒店所在樓層，等待上樓需要10多分鐘。 房間裏一股黴味，空調是壞的。 我們定的房間帶單早，第二天早餐時，被告知預訂的房間沒有早餐，要求我們付費。多收餐費不給退！ 打前台電話沒人接聽！ 本來是訂了三天的，果斷提前退房，再也不會入住，並會在各大平台發表真實入住體驗的！ （看別的平台，有網友説7月份電梯就壞了，不知道是不是三個月都沒有維修電梯！）
