This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, though it's been a while since my last visit – nearly ten years! I've always found the Seaview to be excellent in terms of both service and facilities. Even though it's an older hotel, the amenities are well-maintained. As for the service, it's outstanding, from the doormen to room service, restaurant staff, and housekeepers – everyone is friendly, smiles, and is eager to help. The location is superb, close to the sea, peaceful yet central, and thankfully, traffic-free nearby. The high quality of the food is also a major highlight, especially the dinner buffet. Breakfast is also great, with different options daily; you can tell the chefs put a lot of care into preparing the dishes. What surprised me the most was that the hotel even provided a magnetic nozzle for the hairdryer – a small detail that even InterContinental or Marriott don't offer! Now, for two minor disappointments: First, there was light leakage from both the top and bottom of the curtains, which isn't ideal for someone as light-sensitive as me. Second, as a returning guest after a decade, I hoped for a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor, but the hotel declined, and I ended up paying for it myself. It felt a bit awkward and frustrating. 🙄
