What an incredible hotel, the location is awesome near the water and the train terminal. The room are spacious, comfortable and super clean. I really wish i stayed longer, will definitely come back

Spacious and clean room. Excellent location, just a short walk to zhanqiao and just right opposite Qingdao Train Station and conveniently close to a subway station, making it ideal for travelers.

Super close to the 高铁站 and subway station. Close to the bay and excelente front desk service.
The even helped me send a package to my city in China.

The cheap room doesn't have windows.
It makes me feel stuffy.
But it's a convenient location

The hotel is located at the tourist spot. It is quite easy to get around to the tourist and it is right next to the train station. The breakfast is quite good and health. Most of the staff members are very friendly except one worked on Saturday morning. When asked where is the shopping Centre in the city and she answered "I do not know" in a very cold manner. Otherwise this is a very good hotel and I certainly would like to stay again.

The hotel location was good and easy to access to many attractions by walks and by metro train.
If guest from high speed train station exit, will need to walk to the metro station then look for exit G.
Breakfast is just so so, do not have high expectations.
Did used the washng machine and dryer on last day.
Overall, it's good experience to stay at Heyi hotel. At least, no smoking smell at my room, not noisy at level 5 room.

Amazing access to the beach view downtown and layovers groups. Everything in hotel is great comfortable beds and smell is good . Easy access to metro 1 & 3 as well which is great . Going to north station and airport is very accessable from this hotel . Love it 😍. 300m best place for taking beautiful pictures for couples
