The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and the rooms are also excellent.

The decor and furnishings are quite old, and the floors even have cracks. The only thing going for it is its great location – it's very close to the subway station and right next to MixC shopping mall.

The hotel is located close to Qingdao's attractions. We had a room on the 35th floor with a view of the mountain and its cable car. We booked a room with breakfast, and the receptionist warned us that the breakfast was Chinese food and that previous Russian guests hadn't enjoyed it. My opinion on this is that it's the first three-star hotel I've stayed in that even offers breakfast; usually, it's only available at five-star establishments. For breakfast, we received two bowls of congee, four baozi with meat and vegetables, and four flaky pastries (sticks). The adults ate the baozi, and our child happily ate the congee. This is a traditional breakfast in China; if it's not a buffet, and you order breakfast at any non-five-star hotel, you'll likely be served bland millet porridge – it's important to understand this. We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The staff's attitude is excellent; we ordered dinner delivery, and it was brought straight to our room. For a three-star hotel, this is very good!

It‘s connected to the mix mall, so the location was really good. And the front staff are very kind. I went to check in and they upgraded the room to a suite and it was really nice. Best!! Best! So satisfied with this hotel. It’s attached by the mall so very easy to visit whenever you need. It’s close to the metro, easily accessible to the mall, and clean too.

The hotel’s location near May 4th Square is excellent, and the room is spacious. However, that’s where the positives end. The room feels old and, worse, dirty. I noticed hair on the floor upon checking in — and it was still there on the fourth day of my stay. It seems housekeeping only bothered to refill water bottles and empty the trash bin, with no actual cleaning done. For a stay that long, this level of hygiene is unacceptable. Would not recommend unless you’re just looking for a convenient place to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness.
