Qingdao Haitian Hotel

Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The city view room was great - spacious and a view of the ocean, city and mountain. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great service, clean room and comfortable bed. Location is great for travellers, walkable distance to May Fourth Plaza. Big thanks to Zoe Han who upgraded our room and provided excellent service. Will stay here again if we come to Qingdao next time.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. Huge thanks to Julie for the warm and friendly coordination via WeChat to arrange everything for me. Ike at the front desk made check-in a breeze. Grateful for the hospitality and excellent service!

The accommodation was very clean. The price was reasonable and the view was also great. Above all, the staff were friendly, especially Aimee, who took great care of me. I will visit again next time.
