The service was warm and professional. The front desk staff were efficient, actively helped with luggage, and recommended routes. For guests with seniors and children, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room and laid out non-slip mats. They were very responsive to guest requests, and the facilities were excellent. The free heated pool had exceptionally clean water, and the gym was fully equipped with machines. You could even enjoy the sea view while exercising on the treadmill. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and they catered very well to the tastes of both children and the elderly.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional. The location is also a major highlight. It is right next to a large mall with high-end fashion brands, many wonderful restaurants, and great places to walk around, relax, and enjoy the seaside atmosphere.
