不好，如果不是要在附近玩，個人不推薦入住。
缺點：
1、不隔音，窗户損壞關不住，玻璃還有裂痕，晚上比較吵鬧。據説是飯店包間改造的。
2、設施非常破舊，空調、門、牆面、窗户、天花板等基礎設施比較臟且有不同程度損壞。
3、床具破舊，床單被罩臟（有黃色不明液體痕跡）
4、衞生堪憂，房內發黴且有蟑螂！不止一衹蟑螂，死的活的都有！
5、廁所很臟無法忍受，洗澡噴淋頭胡亂濺水，部分一次性用品質量過差，根本沒法用。
6、熱水壺比較臟，水有股味道。
……體驗非常差。
優點：離海邊近，如果早上想去海灘看日出什麼的倒是還算合適。
大家綜合權衡。

差評，在去哪網查到的，進去所謂的“酒店”，沒有前台服務人員，沒有電梯，樓梯全是沙子，要入住時候，房間還沒有打掃，看見服務人員正在打掃我們要入住的房間，用毛巾擦地且毛巾就在衞生間地下，上一位顧客的垃圾湯水流了一地，非常噁心。環境非常差。外面樓下的環境也很差，全天都在用大音響放音樂，下午開始燒烤房間裏都能聞到煙味。完全不是人住的地方，還將近1000的價格。好客山東，嶗山人民就是這樣對待外地遊客的嗎？#衞生有圖有真相非常骯臟毛巾隨意晾曬儲物間很臟#服務沒有服務人員何來服務#房間設施地板很臟且房間有異味，天花板都快掉了#停車衹有零星幾個可以停車的地方#餐廳就餐環境就在一樓，很差，食物殘渣滿地亂扔，垃圾和要上桌的海鮮都在地上。#床床品看起來很臟#性價比非常低，千萬不要來
