Sheraton Qingdao Licang Hotel (North Station Branch)

A trustworthy brand! The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The orchid and phalaenopsis displays in the lobby are stunning. The concierge, seeing us come from the parking lot, immediately came over to help with our luggage. The front desk staff were very sweet and efficient with check-in, and they even gave a welcome gift since we had a child with us, which we really appreciated. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, especially the mattress, which was wonderfully soft. During our stay, we took our child to the indoor pool, which was large, very clean, and had a lifeguard present, making us feel very secure. There's also a 24-hour gym next to the pool. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a small park, offering options for both indoor and outdoor activities. Super convenient! Highly recommend!

For this trip, I chose the Sheraton and specifically came to悦轩 (Yue Xuan) Chinese Restaurant for a meal. The experience was fantastic! Every dish was beautifully plated, and the ingredients were fresh and authentic. The beef cubes were tender and flavorful, the durian pastry had an authentic taste, and the roasted chicken was cooked to perfection. The restaurant environment was elegant and serene, with a great ambiance. The service was attentive and responsive throughout, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance! It's also very close to Qingdao North Station!

I had a very satisfying stay. The front desk service was enthusiastic, professional, friendly, and efficient. The concierge also helped with our luggage. The orchids in the lobby were beautiful. The room had great views, was spacious, very clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. Having two sinks was very convenient when sharing with family. The hotel's location is also excellent, about a 30-minute drive to anywhere. The hotel has a pool and a gym, perfect for a workout in the morning or evening. Plus, there's free parking, which makes it great value for money this season. It ensures a pleasant stay and comfortable dining. This is the best hotel in Licang, highly recommended, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The blackout curtains were a real plus, really helping with sleep. The hotel also has a free swimming pool and fitness center, both with excellent facilities. The hotel breakfast was good too, offering some local Qingdao specialties. A very satisfying stay overall.
