特別好！！！定的城景房但是推開窗就能看見海，圖片看上去舊舊的房間，實際上是很新的奶油風裝修，投影很高清操作很簡單，定的兩室但在客廳還有一個隔間一共三張床，住的特別舒服。就是沙發有點點太窄了，躺着看電影不太舒服。

玩海，一家人出門就選這裏吧。
我住的海景二居室。金沙灘走路就能到。
一個居民小區，吃東西也不坑。樓下全是吃的和生活超市。相當方便。
每次出門坐隧道6路，從地下車庫北門出去10分鐘內就能走到。
回來樓下買點啤酒喝一喝真的很舒服。
房間裏有洗衣機。可以自己做飯。
老闆也是很好説話，很熱心的。
非常推薦哈。下次帶父母來住個把月

乾淨又衞生，沒有任何異味，坐在屋裡看到大海是什麼感覺！離海邊很近，金沙灘公園不到十分鐘就走的過去，看了日出，太美了，下次還住這兒。

離沙灘很近，而且是超級美得沙灘，公寓很好，打掃的乾乾淨淨，店家服務好，到門口來接的我們，步行就能到啤酒廣場，樓下吃飯方便，有海鮮街，超市，葯店，應有盡有。總之體驗非常棒。

來青島第一次，最大的感受就是這邊的人熱心，好客，性格好，這個是我接觸的，你們看自己的感受。
來到青島，第二天就來到了黃島，第一來感受下青島著名的啤酒城文化，第二兒子想玩兒海聽説這兒不錯就立馬來了。
這邊我比較推薦民宿，無論是和朋友家人住一起，一個是好玩兒，一個人方便照應，一個是民宿還是很省錢的，之前比酒店省，還可以自己做飯，挺好的。
選了好多家價格都不合適，無意間被海景房吸引，必定來海邊還是選海景房合適。説實在的暑期房價真的高，在青島站的時候當晚選擇一家，用我們成都話説西撇都五百多，我朋友訂成600多，又差又潮。所以我們看的這家的時候果斷就選擇了。兩天下來1988，6個人兩個家庭，剛剛好兩間，算下來不到500，很有家的感覺。
裝潢不是那種很豪華，普通，但是進來乾淨，最後一張是我剛進來的時候拍的，其他房間照忽略，是臨走時候拍的，因為想着必須點評一個現成拍的。
在説説這個老闆，真心很好，當我們第一天來找不到時候，自己頂着大太陽親自到外面來接我們，然後還給我們推薦好吃的，包括趕海時間。
之後兩個孩子一個孩子生病一個孩子摔了，我們準備續住，不僅幫我們把其他訂房顧客調整了一下，還給我們省了一百，説實在的，這種讓我們外地來的遊客很感動，加上遇上小孩生病能馬上幫我們處理。我覺得真的挺好的。
至於放假會根據平時和週末有一個調動，如果相信我評價的，又是帶家人來的可以選擇這家試試。
海景房真的海景房，稍微遠了一點，不過還好，我覺得很美啦。

房間寬敞，海景不錯，我們凌晨到的，房東夜間接受諮詢，態度積極，表揚。小區夜間車位比較緊張，白天會緩解。下樓過馬路就是美食街，吃飯方便。離沙灘很近，方便遊玩。第二天去了金沙灘國際啤酒節，非常盛大。美中不足是房間傢俱床品比較舊，衞生一般。優點是熱水器容量大，家庭成員淋浴後不需要等熱水
