My job is to travel all over the country, and I rarely take my family out to play, because I have a few days off to take my family to Qingdao. The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient for travel, because I have a lot of things to do before traveling with my family. Comparing it with the travel route planning, we, a family of four, booked a room to stay for two days. Before we arrived at the hotel, a young girl called us and asked about the arrival time. How many people would be checking in? I explained our specific situation. We were four in total. The girl who checked in after arriving at the hotel gave the child a toiletry bag and small toys. She said that we brought the child to the room and added a small bed for us for free. She said that the room was crowded and put a few extra bottles of water for us. The children were very happy when they arrived in the room and were given fruits and snacks. The room was very clean and I liked it very much. 經常出差，很少給點評，但是這次真的有被打動，從杭州來參加展會，無意間在攜程上搜到了這家酒店，本來抱着就住一晚離會展中心近點就行的心態，説説給我留下深刻印象的幾點。住宿當天，我正在地圖上看怎麼去酒店，酒店的小遲美女就給我打了電話，問我什麼時候到，怎麼過來，房間有什麼要求，我告知3:30下飛機，小遲跟我説可以打車或者坐地鐵，説了大概的時間，説快到酒店的時候可以打電話給她，本來人生地不熟的，真的很暖心。到了酒店小遲就在大堂等我，幫我拿行李箱，還給倒了玫瑰花茶，説歡迎來青島，一路辛苦先喝杯熱茶暖暖，真心太感動了。晚上又在大堂偶遇小遲，我問周圍有什麼吃飯的地方，小遲跟我推薦了酒店的自助餐，説**上有活動，價格非常合適，吃完還可以去海邊散步，第二天發現電腦充電器沒帶，有些工作需要處理，小遲又幫我跟同事借到了電腦充電器，還好沒有影響到工作，退房走的時候前台的男孩給我送了一個筆記本禮盒，説是小遲特意給我準備的，很完美的一場體驗，下次來青島哪兒也不住就來藍海

非常滿意的一次旅程，之前在其它地區住過藍海，嶗山藍海這是第一次入住。
因為是帶娃出行，所以難免有需要幫助的時候，酒店幾平把所有細節都幫你考慮到了，我在訂酒店的時候備註幫忙拼床，入住的時候就已經佈置好了。剛入住的時候給送的歡迎水果非常新鮮好吃，不僅有常規的一次性用品提供，酒店考慮到帶了孩子可能會有衣物要洗還給準備了洗衣液，方便洗衣服。一入住酒店工作人員會主動告知各種設施、餐廳的位置，還會告知房間裏物品什麼是免費的。無論是前台、餐廳還是在客房每位工作人員都很熱情，看你有需要會主動提供幫助，酒店設施也非常齊全，這個時候青島的天氣還是比較好的入住後帶孩子去了海邊樓層經理甜甜還給孩子準備了挖沙的工具孩子開心極了，因玩的有點晚孩子回來後有點咳嗽我打電話給客服問附近的葯店在什麼位置沒一會甜甜經理來到房間説姐我正好下班了我帶您去吧不遠葯店就在附近，因為第一次來，地方也不熟就讓甜甜經理帶我們去了，多虧了甜甜經理要不自己帶着孩子還真整不了，回來後已經接近晚上8點了因晚上沒有吃飯甜甜經理讓廚房給我們送的夜宵，太感動了為啥我每次都能碰到好心人，祝願甜甜經理工作順利 身體健康，會將藍海的服務傳遞給我身邊的親朋好友。

來青島永遠相信嶗山藍海店，不管是服務，還是酒店設施設備都不錯，入住房間很乾凈喜歡房間的大浴缸，非常感謝酒店給裝飾的房間和給孩子送的小禮物孩子非常喜歡，晚飯是在酒店零點吃的那個小童樂園非常不錯孩子很是喜歡玩的都不想走了，記得之前沒有服務員説是新加的，酒店還真是為客户考慮啊一般帶孩子來每次都吃不好這下好了直接不用管自己玩的不亦樂乎，服務周到站在顧客角度考慮住藍海生意越來越好，下次來青島還會來這裏。
