Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

We arrived the hotel after midnight but the reception was open and helped us get into our room. The room was quite big and even had a thread-mill that we could use. The room was clean and the air conditioning was working well. The breakfast is at the 13th floor, you have to take the lift to the 12th floor and then walk some stairs. Typical Chinese style breakfast and they also had toast and jam. No coffee however we managed to get delivery directly to the hotel.
