The hotel is huge and well-equipped. We stayed in the VIP building, which was very new, and the bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, with plenty of vegetables and a live noodle station, which was excellent. Plus, there's a park right outside the hotel, perfect for an evening run or morning exercise.

The hotel looks really grand from outside and in the main lobby with giant chandeliers. However, once you enter the rooms you can clearly see the hotel has seen better days. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to move us rooms immediately after we raised safety concerns about the conditions of the shower in one room. They offered us lots of other rooms to choose from, we moved to a room with less damage but every room we saw had highly stained carpets and damage due to cigarettes including the room we ended up in. The hotel has clearly seen better days but was well located and has huge potential if more investment was made on maintenance and cleanliness. I hope this hotel can improve as the staff were so helpful but at the moment I can't recommend it.

The hotel parking lot is large and there is a charging station next door. We booked a standard room. There are family rooms in the VIP building of the hotel. We upgraded to a family room for RMB 100. It is more comfortable for two adults and one child to sleep. The room is spacious, clean and sanitary, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on and the quilt is very soft. I live on the 8th floor. The room is well heated and there is plenty of hot water for bathing. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel. After skiing, I didn’t want to go out to eat, and the food tasted good. Maybe I didn’t find the right place to eat, the food in Qinghe County is just so-so. The ski resort area B is good and suitable for advanced training. In general, I was very satisfied with the hotel room and the lady at the front desk was very polite.
