The room was nice, with a large balcony offering great views and fresh air. It even had a washing machine and a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here for a few more days next time I visit Jiuhua Mountain.

The front desk staff, Xiao Yang and Xiao Li, were warm and friendly, providing professional and attentive service. Hotel parking was convenient, and the rooms were well-equipped, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay and a home-like experience. I was very satisfied and will definitely come again next time! [Happy]

Service: The front desk service was excellent, especially staff member Xiao Zhang, whose service was top-notch. The hotel also has a gym and hot springs, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The pre-sale package I bought during Singles' Day was pretty good value. The room facilities were old but spacious, and the balcony view was nice. The hot spring was rather underwhelming; it was far from the rooms and only four pools were open, so there wasn't much to enjoy. Also, the breakfast selection was generally limited.

The entire check-in process was excellent. Parking was free and very spacious. The room layout was great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very patient. The young ladies were all very welcoming, and the surrounding transportation is quite convenient! I'll definitely come again next time! By the way, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. 😃

What a perfect weekend getaway! A five-star hotel with excellent facilities at a reasonable price. You can soak in the hot springs in the afternoon and have chicken soup in the evening. The next day, we went hiking, and they even gave us tickets to Jiuziyan (Nine Sons Rock), which we could drive up in – fantastic! The hotel receptionists, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Li, were incredibly helpful and provided many helpful tips for our visit. Excellent!

I originally planned to stay at the front of the mountain, but when I saw that this hotel had hot springs, I thought I'd relax here after a day of hiking. It was really great! The room was clean and spacious, and I had a wonderful night's sleep after soaking in the hot springs. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. After checking in, the staff even thoughtfully brought us a fruit. Overall, I was very satisfied!

During my pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I stumbled upon a wonderful hotel. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The receptionist, Xiao Wang, was incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a better room. We originally planned to visit the front of Jiuhua Mountain, but we mistakenly booked the back. However, it was definitely worth it because the hot spring resort was very vegetarian-friendly, with a dedicated vegetarian section offering a variety of options. For anyone planning a pilgrimage to Jiuhua Mountain, I highly recommend the Alkadi Hotel! And remember to look for Xiao Wang at the reception! He's a very kind and helpful person!
