The hotel is large and the details are not good. The front desk clerk had a low level of business, and the room card number was written incorrectly, and the door could not be opened. There are holes in the quilt on the bed.

I didn’t see any welcome fruits at all. The facilities in the room were old. I saw the window screens falling off when I entered the room. I called the front desk to tell me that no one had been repairing it. Although it was on the 9th floor, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. The power switch in the room is a decoration, half of the room can’t be turned on, the shower head in the bathroom is broken, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the air conditioning in the room does not work, the breakfast type is small, and the quantity is not large, at 8 o'clock After more than ten minutes, half of the dishes are gone, and there has been no staff adding dishes.

The environment is good, far from the city and very clean, discount rooms without breakfast, free parking, not far from the high-speed railway station, and convenient transportation. The main shortcomings are that the toilet facilities are outdated, the door frames are loose, and the walls fall off. The West Building should be better than the South Building!

第一天沒有熱水，第二天衞生紙及飲用純凈水都要主動去要才能拿到，並故意安排團隊入住隔壁對面嘈鬧不斷，儘管入住時一再強調要求要安靜無煙環境，但一個也沒有實現，差評！！！

設施：游泳池，水温高，28度，很適宜， 衞生：非常好， 環境：門口有葯店，很方便，建築典雅，大氣, 在院子裏可以在陰涼下散步， 服務：到位。

該酒店是市政府的接待酒店。有氣派。地理位置優越，門口就是公交站。客房用品齊全；早餐品種較豐富，服務好。性價比非常高！強烈推薦。

服務最為致命，差到不可思議。入住時前台服務員居然和我吵了一架。服務員拿走我身份證辦理入住，面部表情冷若冰霜，一臉的嫌棄和不耐煩，甚至是鄙夷不屑的，十分明顯。辦理過程中開始接電話，打電話到6、7分鐘後我催促了一下，讓她辦完我的入住再打電話，結果原來的是回懟我，最後變成了吵架。作為慶陽市政府接待的主力賓館，這裡是個對外的窗口，全市上下為招商引資傾盡全力，而這個重要的窗口卻給客人極其糟糕的印象。我兩次找主管，讓主管給總經理反映此事，讓總經理給我電話，想給總經理提升服務的建議，始終沒有人理會。為家鄉建設，我傾盡全力在吆喝，但是每當有客人到慶陽賓館時，我都為我們糟糕的服務而深感慚愧，實在讓人難堪。這不是解決不了的問題，是管理者對此視而不見，習以為常導致的。是管理者對城市，對家鄉形象的不愛護導致的，十分讓人痛心，讓人失望！
