環境衞生還是不錯，房間挺大的，店員服務態度也非常好值得表揚，樓下還有24小時茶樓，離步行街很近，是旺中帶靜的一個好住宿，值得我推薦。

酒店雖然是舊樓但裏面設施很新，配套也很齊全；周圍交通也很方便，走幾步就到小吃街了。酒店位於兩條路之間，難免車輛噪聲有點大，但對比周邊酒店來説性價比還可以。

設施設備很新，畢竟是新店，服務態度又好，整個房間的衞生環境很好，停車又方便，我特意來清遠吃清遠雞，附近很多小吃街和吃飯宵夜的餐飲店，離城市廣場和萬達都不遠，值得好評

接待員友善 盡量滿足客人所需，房間大。酒店樓下 有24小時的點心茶樓，步行10分鐘便到 城市廣場，打車到 清遠站 約 30 分鐘，十分方便。

位置很好找，公交車站就在門口，離步行街很近，周邊吃的也挺多，樓下就有一間24小時開着的餐廳，房間衞生做得乾淨，前台服務態度很好，
