Our experience at the Qingyuan Meilin Lake Hot Spring Hotel was fantastic! The environment is incredibly comfortable, the hotel is spacious, and everything is clean and tidy. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the restaurant staff for their thoughtful and attentive service to the children, and the hot spring area staff were also very kind, even helping the kids get water guns and swim rings. The children had a wonderful time. The stay included 50 golf balls for the driving range, and in the morning, you can go for a run at the sports park across the street. The hot spring area also has a hot spring slide that kids absolutely love. We'll definitely be back to experience the water park once it opens!

I've been to this hotel twice this month. It's super convenient – from Guangzhou, it's just an hour and a half to enjoy hot springs, play golf, collect pinecones, and even ride the Ferris wheel. The service from Ms. Wu Minghui was exceptional; she was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even helped us arrange a lake-view room. We truly felt at home.

European-style architecture, beautiful and serene environment. The rooms are clean and hygienic, featuring special services like a spa toilet. The cleaning staff were very attentive and thorough. Front desk reception was excellent.

This hotel must be at least 20 years old, and this was our first stay. We had a wonderful experience; the hotel's style is very unique, the room was clean, and the view was great. We really appreciate the hotel's design, which shows attention to detail everywhere and is very well-maintained. The hotel service was quite good, clearly demonstrating a focus on the little things. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the tissues in the room. We will definitely be back for a second stay.
