The kitchen utensils were so old and grimy that I had to boil the dishes and scrub them twice to get them clean. The pots were damaged and scratched, and the fridge was filthy. From a distance, the house seemed clean, but all the cupboards, shelves, corners, sofas, and balconies were covered in a thick layer of dust because they hadn't been cleaned, so I had to do it myself. The staff were nice, which is why I extended my stay. But then, the owner illegally cut off all amenities, and the cleaner did a terrible job. I felt scammed! There were other issues, but they don't fit here. Also, no promised discount tickets. I asked twice, and they just ignored me. I came to rest and heal but ended up very frustrated. Anyway, despite cleaning, I still got allergies. You have to walk through a labyrinth (over 1 km) to the exit on the 1st floor or through the parking lot, which always smells moldy. I had to wear a mask every time and still had allergic reactions. There were also several cockroaches despite cleaning and sealing the bins. No promised sauce either. Due to character limits, many other issues don't fit here. The walls near the stove were sticky. Several parts of the house had dirty, sticky tiles. Many broken, dusty items were crammed onto dirty shelves. The broom was old and dirty, broken at the bottom. Rusty hangers, 2 broken ones. Empty detergent bottles, a washing machine so dirty I had to clean it myself. The kitchen utensils were extremely basic and of poor quality. The bottom of one pot was sticky from old grime that couldn't be cleaned anymore. The air conditioner in the bedroom was leaking and poorly fixed with temporary tape, and one of the doors was broken and couldn't close. But this review does not accept video.

The place was super clean, practically no hair or dirt anywhere. The environment was great too. The pool was closed for winter, though. The villa's decor is very modern, perfect for team building events or friends' gatherings. The customer service lady and the housekeeper were both very responsible and dedicated. If we have another team building event, I'd definitely choose this place again.

The customer service at check-in was excellent; they responded to messages almost instantly, and any requests we had were immediately taken care of. Feeling valued like that really adds to the experience. All the furniture in the room was new, the bed linen was pure cotton, and the bed itself was just the right firmness. Waking up in the morning and pulling back the curtains to see the sparkling lake view made me feel like it was money well spent. As a couple, we're always concerned about hygiene, but there was absolutely no need to worry here. The towels were color-coded for different uses and rigorously disinfected, and the floors and surfaces were spotless – I couldn't find a single hair. The apartment doesn't offer breakfast, but there's a KFC and other breakfast spots nearby downstairs. For such a high-value lake view apartment, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingyuan!

It's just a few minutes' walk to the hot spring area, and it was so relaxing to leisurely stroll back after a soak in the hot springs. The room was clean and cozy, with a simple yet elegant decor and a great atmosphere. The bedding was soft, and lying on it after a hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, making washing up convenient, and the mirror even had supplemental lighting. The butler service was attentive and readily available whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet with fresh air, perfect for a vacation. The only minor drawback is that the hot springs get crowded during peak season, so I recommend avoiding peak times. A top choice for a hot spring vacation, a perfect experience!

It's perfect for trips with friends, get-togethers with girlfriends or brothers, or small group short trips – comfortable and unrestricted.

The only minor drawback was the lack of children's toys, but the spaciousness allowed the kids to run and jump around happily. Overall, the stay was very relaxing; the elderly found it quiet, and the children had a great time. It's perfect for family trips and family vacations, and I would definitely choose this place again next time.
