I booked 5 double-standard rooms on Ctrip on April 30. There is no air conditioning in the corridors and elevators. The weather is above 32 degrees and I am sweating waiting for the elevator. However, the air conditioning in the room and lobby is very cold. I sweat all over my body when I get out of the elevator. The air conditioner in the room cannot adjust the temperature freely. If the temperature is raised, it will automatically return to 21 degrees. I asked the staff to adjust it, but they said it couldn't be adjusted. There is a free laundry room on the 8th floor, but there are no clear instructions for using the washing and drying machine. It takes three hours to wash and dry each time, but the clothes are still wet and have a musty smell when they are taken out. I asked the staff how to operate it, and the staff took a long time to say that he didn't know how to do it. In addition, it is risky to wash clothes here. You need to always stay next to the washing machine, otherwise the clothes may be taken out in the middle of washing and cut in line, and then put back again. Likewise, the laundry room does not have air conditioning and does not open the windows. Staying in there for 10 minutes in a weather of over 30 degrees Celsius is like sweating after taking a shower. too poor.
