1.大位置一般，在步行街上餐飲比較方便，我吃了兩頓牛雜，非常有連州特色，花園牛雜和鳳姐牛雜都吃了，覺得花園更好吃。
2、大廈停車場有兩個充電樁，非常滿意的設施，夜裡8點後充電價格優惠。充電停車位有鎖，保證充電專用車位。
3、酒店房間衞生不錯！房間面積夠大
最大不足在入住前就提醒，樓下是卡拉OK唱歌到深夜2點，這提前就知道，價格放在這，可以接受

出門一直住維也納，這家的位置很方便，出門是就是商業街，環境和衞生維也納不用多説，前台小姐姐很温柔服務很好，最後有衣服忘記帶了前台小姐姐還打電話過來提醒，一開始沒聽到打了兩個，特別滿意。

酒店在KTV會所的樓上，在隔着好幾層都能聽到蹦迪的聲音，酒店前台服務還可以，就是第一次在酒店房間內看到小強在沙發上漫步，居然爬到背包上找吃的，估計這一窩數量不會少。
