Wonderful clean apartment, near to everything that you need. Service is excellent from the owner/agent. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Qingyuan.

Lin Rui Apartment is actually a conglomerate of apartment units in Qingyuan Shunying Times Square. We chose this place because of its readily identifiable location. As it turned out this proved to be very propitious for us on our return trip from Gulong Gorge. But that is another story.
The studio apartment was huge and well furnished with all the required facilities. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean and everything was functional.
The self check in was fast. You are given an entry code which you use to change to a personalised one. While this is certainly very efficient I must confess that I missed the human interaction! However a definite plus for those in a hurry.

公寓乾淨整潔！有陽台有冰箱有洗衣機，空間很寬敞，周圍交通便利。下樓就是商場，性價比還是不錯，入住非常方便。

環境很差勁，原本雙人床的佈局改成大床房就不説了，空調16度開三個小時跟沒開一樣，床單那些還有噁心的污漬，臭的味道，泛黃，窗簾還不遮光。
