1.該民宿所處地位置絕佳，在房間陽台就可以一覽全湖最漂亮的景觀；2，老闆很用心，民宿的整體設計挺有藝術感，每個房間及陽枱佈置各有特色。3，老闆很熱情，早餐後熱情邀請喝茶聊天，介紹景區的情況。4，出遊恰逢下雨，無法欣賞到落日及日出的美景，衹能欣賞到水墨畫般的景色，略為有遺憾。

房間整潔，公共區域佈置很漂亮。自來水是井水，泡茶還不錯。早餐的皮蛋粥還不錯。房間外湖景位置最佳，但是枯水季節很難看。價格略貴了點兒，枯水季性價比。距離桃花湖景點非常近，步行5-6分鐘。車衹能停樓下路邊。老闆服務熱心。
夏季豐水期應該是非常值。

如果和周邊民宿比起來，就還行。
給我們安排房間在大門口，窗外是公共走廊很沒有私隱感，早上噪音很多，設施一般。最近枯水期，景觀不是特別好。
