450多元一天的3人間連住2晚，第一天洗澡居然沒有熱水，忍了。第二天投訴了，來了個前台接待員，一開始搞不定，出去檢查了一下，説是這個房間管線太長了，有個閥門沒打開，反正折騰了半小時後熱水來了，過一會兒熱水又沒了，再折騰了十分鐘後又來了。。。。
價值不到1元的500毫升今麥郎飲用水每天每個房間衹給2瓶，第一天還沒有給，問服務員我們是3個人能不能多給一瓶，服務員義正辭嚴回覆説就是4人間也是2瓶，不夠的話你們可以用熱水壺去接自來水。
家人多辦了一張房卡，收50元房卡按金，沒有住何憑證。退房時你要記得退，否則沒人提醒你，就當你是發紅包了。
我知道，我們是十一假期最後一茬韭菜了，不割白不割，可咱的吃相也不至於如此難看吧？但願你們不能代表整個秦皇島人的經營理念。
這麼近，那麼美，再也不願去河北！

前台很熱情周到，酒店十分乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，滿意的一次入住， 前台接待服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很熱情的，樂於提供各種幫助；早餐雖然不提供，但是酒店餐廳的自助早餐種類豐富，早餐味道好，早餐很多好吃的，早餐性價比高，客服服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台服務很及時，前台積極幫我處理問題很棒；大廳很乾凈，裝修的很有風格；酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的電視也採用的是高清的液晶電視，晚上睡不着的時候可以享受跟私人影院樣的視覺效果。

攜程定的親子房，含早餐，延遲至14.00，結果入住後告知現在不提供早餐，不能延遲退房，衹能12點退房，然後商家説幫我們升級為海景親子房，比我們定的還貴，價值八百多一宿，這個也可以，結果一入住，所謂的海景親子房的確可以看到海，但清潔的抹布還在凳子上放着，浴簾也是壞的，晚上連洗澡水都是涼的。打電話給前台，説他們設備重啟等十幾分鍾，結果等了二十多分鐘洗也都是涼的。離海近的酒店不止他一家，反正下回我是不會再住了。
還有他們的前台，連自己錄了幾個身份證都不知道，我們同行的三間房，錄了二十多分鐘都沒錄明白，還反覆的重新錄，二十多分鐘一間房都沒開出來我也是服了。

房間極其惡劣，前台態度極差，訂的海景房實際是工人療養院蜘蛛🕷，蟲子洗手間🚾很多，廁所味兒很大，基本就是職工宿舍水平，住後皮膚過敏真菌感染，服務大媽，真心屬於療養院伺候領導後看見老百姓的眼神

房間乾淨，被褥也很乾凈，設施基本齊全，滿足住宿基本需求，院內很安靜，是一個療養院大院內，酒店離金沙浴場很近，去海邊游泳方便。院內免費停車。快到酒店之前最好跟酒店確認一下具體見面入住登記地址。因為酒店太大，樓與樓的距離稍微遠一些。

酒店裝修風格是地中海藍色系，還新安裝了電梯，搬行李非常方便，不費勁，酒店離海邊巨近，出門就是海，也不收費，酒店前台也很熱情，總的來説體驗很不錯
