The room was very big. Three people came to stay. We asked if we could have an extra bed. Lily at the front desk immediately arranged for an extra bed and gave us a welcome fruit when we checked in. The service was very good. We came here for tourism, which made us deeply feel the beauty of Qinhuangdao. The hospitality of Yi Hotel and the concierge are also very good. They helped us take our luggage to the room when we came in, which was great! During this period, the room was a little hot. I told Lily at the front desk and she immediately thought of a solution. The guest service manager at the front desk also gave me red wine as a gift, which was a great solution! very good! As for the lady at Dts, the solution was thoughtless. It was early at night and the room was hot and she asked me to open the window... In short, everything else was very good, the service and the guest room were great! I will stay at your hotel again if I have the chance

The location is rather remote. The breakfast was too shabby and not worth the price of 88 yuan per person. It was quite different from the Courtyard breakfast in Xi'an. There were not many categories and not high-quality products. The tofu was sour. The air conditioner in the room was not very effective and I had a sore throat in the morning. The hotel grade is online, but the service at the front desk during check-out is very offline. There are four or five people standing at the front desk, and they don't say a word during check-out, which is indifferent. But the girl at the front desk was okay when checking in.

Very good, worthy of the Marriott brand! Although the location is relatively remote, the hotel environment, service and catering are all in line with Marriott quality! I particularly like the landscape design of the hotel lobby atrium. Next time I come to Qinhuangdao, I would also like to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott.
