房間空間一到兩個人正好夠用，窗外就是大海，一單元的户型沒有遮擋，一覽無餘，天氣好能直接看日出，小區很安全，所有的門都有門禁，保安24小時在崗。樓下走兩分鐘就是沙灘，整體感覺不錯。房東小姐姐很友好，回覆很快。

房子乾淨到連一根毛髮也挑不出來，是我住過最乾淨的民宿，導致我們都不好意思留下垃圾。是一個高檔新小區，裝修考究，站在陽台上可以看到海，冬天來的，家裡有地暖，很暖和，適合帶長者來。兩個卧室寬敞舒適，安靜，昨晚睡了個好覺，四口之家比loft公寓性價比高。交通便利，走不到300米就是大海，離秦皇小巷也很近。房東很熱情，手畫地圖很棒，指令很明確，自主入住很贊👍🏻夏天來時一定再住這裏。

房間視野一級棒，無敵海景房，下樓過馬路就是金夢海灣，確實便捷。房間乾淨衞生，搭配地暖室內待着都很舒服。房東有問必答，溝通順暢，交待清晰明瞭，屋內網絡也很給力。
小小問題：洗臉池水龍頭有些溢水，衞生間熱水容量不大，第一人用完等待時間稍長，電視機有一點小，廚房的鍋灶稍微有一點點欠缺，不過這些都是因人而異，該房間的優點完完全全掩蓋住了這點點瑕疵。喜歡在陽台邊上看日出的朋友放心沖就可以了，下次來還會考慮。

很好的海景民宿，房東友善。從火車站到民宿大約20元，民宿位置緊鄰海邊，我們入住的16樓，一室一廳帶廚衞，從陽台眺望大海，視線很好（驚喜）。再説房間裏硬件齊全，乾淨整潔。唯一不足的是距離最近的超市有點遠。
