酒店房間寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，環境非常舒服，服務態度非常好非常專業，細心且有耐心，地理位置佳，早餐也非常棒，是自助餐品類也非常好，新鮮的豆漿，熱牛奶，咖啡，水果也都是應季的，而且樓下就是小吃街，距離海邊有非常近，公交站也就在樓下，附近都是商場，出行很方便！推薦入住0壓房型，床墊跟枕頭的舒適度極好的。入住體驗非常棒，有回家的感覺還會再次入住。

衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：其他都還好，就是隔音簡直太差了。旁邊屋水聲大的嚇人
服務：很好
隔音以外其他都還好。服務態度也很好。
周圍全是吃的，商店什麼的。很方便。
地下停車場一天24小時封頂20。超值。
床也不錯睡的很好。這個價錢性價比還是蠻高的！
但是淺睡眠的人或對隔音要求高的人慎選！

快捷酒店房間面積有點小。酒店位於商場的樓上，沒有獨立的停車場，如何收費看我發的圖片。住在這裏，喜歡逛街的人非常方便，下樓就是商業街區和樂都滙商場。
提醒大家注意，樓下的收費管理員不按停車場收費公示牌收費，一定以收費公示牌與其理論，就不敢多收錢，不然就可能出冤枉錢。

前台服務人員態度很好，店長給我免費升級了有窗的房間，很感謝！環境和衞生都不錯，但房裡的頂燈偶爾在閃，所以我沒開。有洗衣機烘乾機，但我的衣服都還沒到時間就被人拿出來搭在晾衣架上，這樣的住客就太沒素質了

其一辦理入住過程緩慢，且一上來就問在攜程上訂的房價是多少，辦理過程中兩名前台一直嬉笑，且聊與check in 不那麼相關的話題，專業性似乎沒有那麼高。辦理過程中，強制要求加微信註冊會員，同行人員問可不可以不加微信，直接被忽略，非要加工作微信領東西，大概十多分鐘才給房卡……
其二出現了double check in的情況，給我們的房卡在門外就聽見了電視的聲音，當刷卡房卡之後映入眼簾的是一片狼藉的房間有各種外賣袋子在桌上,被子拖鞋都很亂，有明顯的居住痕跡，很明顯這是一間已經check in 的房間，然後去到前台，也沒有道歉，前台緩了兩秒就説是給錯房卡了，可能是看我們脾氣太好了是吧，就説重新換衣間，旁邊另外一個前台提醒她給我們升房型，也沒有過多道歉。但是當刷開新房間的門發現這兩間房的房型一模一樣是沒有區別的，設施設備的一切都是一樣的，根本不存在房型上的升級，衹不過一個在八層一個在九層，所以升的是樓層嗎?double check in 是酒店的紅線難道不知道嗎?
總之，本次入住體驗非常差，對這家酒店很失望。
