給妹妹定了一張大床榻榻米，結果給開的兩張床的標間，這都不説了，房間里居然連浴巾和毛巾吹風機都沒有，床墊下面的墊子臟的跟誰尿那了一樣，我沒拍照片，9220房間，不服自己看去，我第二天去接妹妹問前台為什麼住宿連個毛巾也沒有，人居然説這是按摩的房間本來就不給放，你按摩的房間啥都沒有你就敢給人住？説這話臉都不要了，要麼別給人住，要麼你配好東西，退房的時候連個方案也沒有，沒有道歉沒有折扣沒有退錢，就好像説住都住了你就這麼走吧，這也就是欺負一個小女孩在那住一晚上沒吭聲，延時退房也沒有，超一個小時30塊錢，我説白了，避雷，去哪也行別來這住

這個酒店前台服務真的不是一般的差勁，在這個酒店住了兩天，洗手池的漏斗壞了不能洗衣服，讓他們調換，説沒有房間了，我説那你安排人給我修一下吧，他説對不起你住的這個房間也訂出去了，我説我都沒有退房你怎麼給我的房間訂出去了？最後被強制退房了，真是無語了
