設施：比較新，也沒有什麼味道 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈 服務：小孩加餐的話，是半價14 餐食是簡單的自助還是不錯的 感受是雖然位置較偏，但是房子還是隔音玻璃很好，很安靜的那種，淋浴的水是我喜歡的那種超級大的水，然後距離72涇比較近，離那個孫中山的紀念公園也比較近

超級差的房間，大家避坑，附近很多大車吵得根本睡不好，提前退房攜程同意退單，酒店還要收半天房費，也不退我定金。本來2點退房，我4點過退房，酒店單獨收了149的費用，欽州確實是不友好的城市，再也不來了，各種加價收費

酒店二樓有KTV，晚上睡覺巨吵無比，超過凌晨兩點半還在營業，因為是家庭出遊訂了5間房，一行18個人都沒有休息好。跟酒店前台反應噪音問題，衹是説跟KTV反應了，結果還是打110，請來警察叔叔才好使，
