環境一般。周邊什麼都沒有不建議住，服務差！差！差！ 俗話説大過年的説話要和和氣氣的。這酒店的服務真不是一般的差。是離譜**給離譜開門，離譜到家了。我抱着孩子給我安排個最裡麪的房間，從電梯口走過去最少幾百米。本來就生氣。我問前台怎麼安排個這麼遠的。前台陰陽怪氣的和我説你定的就是特價房！想定近一點要定高級房哦！（總之學不上來！口氣趾高氣揚的）一點委婉説話都不會。説了房間滿了。不好意思，咋咋地就完了唄！就這樣還酒店式服務！我花錢定攜程，攜程推薦我定什麼房間我就定什麼！還有錯咯？還可以被你瞧不起咯？特價房就不是客人咯？你怎麼不寫出來啊。特價房需要走幾百米！説話都不會，還當前台。這企業也不知道怎麼篩選的！問充電樁，一問三不知，各種不耐煩，讓我自己去看看，她説她也不知道。我説充電樁是快充還是慢充！他説他不懂！。我都無語了。這上崗不需要培訓的嗎？自己公司的情況都不清楚！

酒店硬件設施齊全，每個房間還有獨立空調，每層房間數比較多，地面乾淨整潔，早飯一般，主要是周邊也沒有更多的配套，城市界面尚處於開發階段，人比較少，屬於港區附近範圍，總體還是很不錯的，有機會下次再次入住
