Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room.
They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

Excellent position close to Wanda shopping mall. Very nice swimming pool and fitness center. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities.

I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.

周邊環境安靜宜人，適合放鬆身心。酒店提供的各種用品質量都很好，用起來很舒服。過來遊玩有時間一定要去酒店旁邊的勞動湖旁邊遛遛彎，很好。公共區域寬敞整潔，讓人感覺很舒適。服務非常貼心，還提供了一些額外的便利設施。酒店附近不遠就是萬達商場，我又是一頓逛吃。衞生間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，熱水供應也很穩定。酒店的價格實惠，相對其他地方很是很不錯的。前台小E服務很好。

不得不給這家酒店一個大大的好評！從入住到離開，每一個環節都讓我非常滿意。酒店的服務細緻入微，前台小E還貼心的送了水果，都非常專業和周到。房間的佈置很温馨。房間寬敞明亮，視野開闊，能欣賞到美麗的風景。而且酒店的餐飲也非常出色，種類豐富，味道可口。工作人員的服務態度更是沒得説，熱情、高效，讓我感受到了真正的星級服務。

齊齊哈爾富力萬達嘉華酒店位於萬達廣場東側，位置非常的好，去哪裡也方便門口打車很方便，而且還有地上停車場，出入也比較的省事，到前台辦理入住，工作人員Z，給免費升級了房型還贈送了水果，非常的貼心，到了客房，房間整潔乾淨，景色也非常的不錯，可以看見湖，視野嘎嘎好，第二天早上去吃早餐，早餐的種類非常的多，現做的，做好的應有盡有，水果也特別的新鮮，吃完早餐後，由於行李過多還聯繫了前台，很快就得到了迴應，來幫我把行李放到了車上，入住體驗感拉滿，真的是一次非常愉悦的入住體驗，五星好評，推薦推薦！！！！

在入住之前，前廳的S經理就諮詢了我們的需求，為我們安排了合適的房間。來到酒店之後，酒店的環境優雅舒適，大堂設計大氣，房間也很寬敞明亮，裝修考究，細節之處彰顯了品質。而且服務非常周到，員工態度熱情，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都讓人倍感温馨。酒店的健身房不僅24小時開放，而且環境優雅，整體感受也很舒適。此外，酒店的位置也非常便利，旁邊就是萬達廣場，步行三分鐘即可到達。交通發達，購物、餐飲等生活設施一應俱全。這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都非常出色！

酒店大堂裝修很是簡約大氣，奢華內斂。是招待朋友的不二選擇。進到大堂，人來人往，來到前台諮詢房間問題，前台k細心聆聽，根據我的需求，介紹適合的房型，推薦更優惠的預訂方式。詢問了入住時間，提前安排升級了湖景房間，贈送了歡迎果盤，房間提前安排打掃，開窗通風，準備了加濕器，告知了早餐用餐地點用餐方式，專業周到。房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，床品舒適。早餐味道很好，環境雅緻。很不錯的一次待客之旅。五星好評推薦！
