最不愉快的一次入住，前台服務不好，到前台，説是去哪網訂的房間，查都不查就説不是他們建華精品酒店，説是建華公寓，他們酒店就沒掛去哪網上。我們領着孩子又去的建華公寓，去那邊又查説沒有房，説是建華精品酒店，我們又回去到前台，還説我們説的名字不對，真的很讓人無語。房間裏蟲子床上床下跑，廁所洗漱水是黃的，入住後廁所裏還有煙頭。房間跟網上説的標準也不一致，衹有一個皮箱的小小過道，打開皮箱人根本走不過去。説是有窗户，窗户結果是被柵欄攔上的，外面應該還有牌子之類的擋的死死的。非常不滿意。
