I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.
