設施齊全服務態度好

整體來説酒店談不上設施，房間沒有電話，床頭燈是壞的，到酒店本來就很累，前台卻開錯房硬是將大床頭開成雙床，因為房間裏沒有電話最後還得拖着行李到前台換房卡🤪…服務意識不到位，可以説完全沒有服務。洗漱用品質量太差，有色無味，遇水沒有泡沫。唯一好處是離輕軌站比較近，步行300-400米就到了，這裏得説説，前台的服務員對輕軌出行及旅行攻略知識須加強，連最基本的輕軌時間都不熟悉。總之也就這樣吧

酒店入住後超出預期，服務如果十分一定要給十分，前台美女不厭其煩回答各種旅遊方面的問題，甚至來到馬路告訴車站位置，甚是感動；熱水及空調製熱都超預期，衞生及設施中規中矩，酒店位置不錯，總體還是比較滿意。
