提前好多天訂客棧，酒店，看了好多價格比這個貴的，女兒一看有差評就讓我不要訂了，這家沒有差評而且不漲價，抱着試試的心態訂了。因為是入住當天可以免費取消，到達之後還和前台説先看房間，看完就是他家了。客棧位置在普者黑遊客中心和景區之間，非自駕遊的話不推薦，因為吃飯不方便。客棧門口有個遊樂場，小朋友很喜歡，進景區後就一直想着回去遊樂場玩。標間床1.5米寬，正常來説一家四口也是沒問題的，我們6人出行訂了2間標間。洗浴用品也都是常見品牌，拖鞋的質量也很好，還準備了洗衣液。擔心早餐，和前台説再給➕一份，結果被告知不用加，他家早餐都是直接進餐廳就能吃的，必須點贊👍🏻關鍵早餐品質也可以，有米線、餌絲、雞蛋、豆漿、香菇包、豆沙包、燒麥，還有一些水果，牛奶也是歐亞、伊利的盒裝奶。一個老闆的格局，就是從這些細節裏體現出來的👍🏻最後表揚前台小姐姐，很温柔也很熱心👍🏻#衞生

不會宣傳賣點的寶藏酒店，總體超出期望。交通，到村子和景點需要打車景觀，門口就是好山好水，樓下是娃娃們最愛的遊樂園，對親子游非常完美。衞生:房間乾淨，還有自己的礦泉水服務:態度好，有求必應。餐飲:僅遊樂園裡面有個奶茶店，主食衹有炒飯炒粉，乾淨簡單的味道，10/份。酒店有自助早餐。

房間衞生整潔，二樓三樓露台有座椅鞦韆，門口有個遊樂場。唯一缺點就是附近沒有吃的，我們駕車七八分鐘後找到家不錯的餐館。前台很有耐心，提供的早餐也很豐富。

酒店前台接待員工熱情、温馨、細心，有問必答，處處為住客着想，象好友一樣的感覺。房間裏拖鞋、毛巾都用塑袋包好，廁所馬桶邊小擱板上放置小花，讓人尤其温暖。小小的細節決定服務品質。早餐廳中西式點心、食材多樣，豐富，麪點有四種，驚喜有當場煎豬排供應，似乎是走進五星級酒店的早餐廳。有點小小遺憾的咖啡機壞了，沒能品嚐普洱特產咖啡。

客棧超出預期，各有兩部電梯，實木裝修，盆栽點綴。屋內設施齊全，一次性拖鞋質量太好了，這是我住過質量最好的，比五星級都好。牙刷雖然一次性的質量也很好。洗澡用品都是正規品牌的。房間陽台還有喝功夫茶的茶座。衞生間馬桶還是智能座便

疫情前就住過，當時可以接高鐵站，飯菜也美味，所以這次毫不猶豫還是選擇了這家，説實話有點失望，這家店不是在普者黑風景區裏，周圍也沒有什麼飯店，這次去酒店也沒有飯菜了，那對於住客來説就很不方便，疫情很難捱，但是如果不把服務做好下次誰還會來繼續住呢？希望你們能越來越好

酒店本身沒什麼問題，但是離吃飯的地方步行1小時。單身或者不是自駕遊的建議千萬別定。另本次入住水有問題，沒法恆定出水。體驗一般。好在有一點早餐，不然早上吃飯的地方都沒有。外賣什麼的就別想了。

酒店房間內比較乾淨整潔，早餐質量不錯，酒店外有娛樂場所，小盆友喜歡。比較適合家庭親子入住。酒店位置離普者黑遊客中心和景區較遠，不是自駕遊的出行比較不方便。

超級推薦。客棧正對面就有班車坐去景區裏面，性價比很高，旁邊是一個遊樂園，晚上的摩天輪很漂亮。早上去草原曬傷了，回來詢問店家，竟然有冰鎮蘆薈提供。
