Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of the desert, providing guests with an incredible view of the stars and the surrounding landscape. Guests appreciated the unique desert experience, especially at night, when the starry sky is visible from their rooms.(based on 2 reviews)

A truly unique experience, especially with the double doors... essential to prevent the bubble tent from collapsing due to the blower. It really felt like camping on Mars. However, I'd suggest that Trip.com adds a note: 'For self-drivers, please park at the shuttle point, and the hotel's dedicated vehicle will take you to the desert hotel.' Otherwise, self-driving cars can easily get stuck in the desert... Luckily, we got stuck right at the hotel entrance and were rescued by the staff... Haha, quite a memorable experience!

We stayed in various bubbles in Wadi Rum and this one is overpriced. The food was alright. The staff at reception were too pushy in getting you to book tours. The bubble itself is a unique experience but not comfortable - it is very difficult to control the temperature, either too hot or too cold. The facilities are also dated and some things in and around the bubble need to be repaired.

Located just outside the protected area of Wadi Rum, it’s not far from Little Rock Bridge. Dinner at the hotel is decent, but the lunchboxes are not up to par. At 6 JD a box, you’d expect something more than a tomato, cucumber, fruit and cheese sandwich. - They could at least add in a bottle of water. Communication is also not the hotel’s strong suit, as they told us that the full day jeep tour would include sites inside and outside the protected area; which we later found out wasn’t true, when the driver told us we couldn’t visit Little Rock as we had brought the full day tour which was for inside the protected area, despite having the list of sites and photos printed out on an itinerary, given to us by the hotel. We also found that many things were broken, such as the hammock, ice machine etc.

The price for the jeep tour is not clear. They tell different prices which is not fair. The room price is quite high but there is no toothbrush provided.

Disappointing experience — seclusion, limited services, and hidden costs. To be honest, my stay in Wadi Rum was quite disappointing. Almost everything had an additional fee or charge attached, which felt frustrating and unnecessary. The location itself is very secluded, about a 20-minute drive from the main area, and you’re reliant on the hotel’s scheduled shuttle times. This didn’t align with my plans, and I had to arrange an unsanctioned jeep to leave on time. The bubble tent itself was underwhelming. In the mornings, they cover it due to the heat, which defeats the main appeal — you can’t really enjoy the sunrise or take photos. Food options were limited, and the activities available were few. I also fell ill on the second day for reasons I couldn’t pinpoint, which left me out of commission for 48 hours. Service overall felt a bit transactional, with an element of greed, which didn’t sit well with me. While Wadi Rum itself is undeniably beautiful, the hotel experience here fell far short of expectations.

The hotel is not a 5 star rating. The little details ruins the experience, they only give u 1 keycard which u need to take out to exit the room and shuts electricity off which makes the room super hot, the electric plugs do not all work properly, the room is dirty full of sand and dust which makes breathing a bit uncomfortable. They do not have proper hygienic services like slippers, dental kits, etc… water is free for 2 small bottles and rest is chargeable. The jacuzzi is covered and they do not train you to turn it on and enjoy it. The room hardwood floors are damaged. For the price paid, i had way higher expectations for 280-300$ per night, i expected a much higher experience. The dome is useless since the rooftop see through cover is smudged and you cannot see anything through it, would have preferred a cheaper room rate for such experience but it did not meet the expectations at all. The rooms are not close to reception and in the day moving without a golf cart is a challenge as well.
