攜程看的酒店燈火明亮，衛生乾淨明亮，雖然位於工業園，但四鑽的酒店國慶沒漲價，真的是個良心酒店！確實在工業園，附近衹有開車10分鐘到十字鎮才有小賣鋪和小飯店，下午三四點到的酒店，獨棟的一個建築，外觀有四星酒店的氣勢，門外的牆上還掛着安徽省定點會議接待酒店，但有些灰濛濛的！進酒店，正門關閉，開了左側的小門，可能是為了疫情期間掃碼方便，第二感覺，整個酒店和攜程網上的大廳圖片截然相反，除了前台可能開了小燈，大廳內部及頂上及酒店大門口，一個燈都沒來，除了掃碼的一個保安，前台一位貌似主管的40多歲女前台，三個20幾歲的前台人員，就沒有別的人，辦理入住的時候，貌似主管的那位女前台，冷冰冰的臉，一點微笑都沒有，說話也生硬，用了大約十分鐘辦理了入住，因為前台電腦系統卡了。上樓后，到了房間樓層，一個打掃衛生的人員，微笑相迎，進去房間，第三感覺，地毯太臟，沒敢脫鞋，房間臨湖，但並不是風景秀麗的湖，準確的來說是個綠油油的水塘，有陽台，在陽台是緊鎖的，可能是擔心安全，但陽台衛生太臟，死飛蟲一地都是，厚厚的灰塵，床上就二個枕頭，沒有靠枕，打電話給前台，後來送來二個枕頭，有好幾個燈都是壞的，好的燈光也比較朦朧。晚上比較安靜，工業園長假基本沒什麼人，沒什麼車。早餐給我的第四感覺，能吃飽，一個下麵條混沌的人員，一個打掃衛生的人員，我們的餐券都沒人收，餐后我直接放在餐桌上！總的來說，營業初期有四星酒店的標配，但現在服務跟不上，衛生跟不上！還有一點很奇葩，房間的中央空調來到12度，室溫一直是27度，打電話到前台，回復是空調總閘關了，18點左右會開啟，果然晚上在十字鎮吃完飯回來，空調開了幾分鐘就涼快了，第二天早餐后回到房間收拾行李，房間的中央空調又不製冷了，這個酒店真的太節省了！不想着來源，就想着截流了！作為點評專家，第一次寫這麼長，沒有和酒店任何人發生不愉快，但這次入住這家酒店，感覺真的不好！
