Zhulin Bieyuan (West Street Kaiyuan Temple)

I booked this guesthouse with some trepidation, wanting to switch to a chain hotel but missing the booking deadline. However, the place was a wonderful surprise! Unlike other guesthouses that prioritize maximizing profits by adding more rooms, the owner transformed the entire first floor into a multi-functional space with a tea room and dining area. It was warmly and comfortably furnished, with complimentary tea, a thoughtfully arranged tea break table, and a first-aid kit… The cleanliness was impeccable—mirrors, sinks, and toilets were spotless, every surface immaculate. The thoughtful touches on the table corners, toiletries, and slippers were evident throughout. My daughter even noticed the curtains smelled faintly of laundry detergent. Without exaggeration, this is the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed in. As a frequent business traveler, I'm quite discerning and have stayed in countless hotels, but Zhulin Bieyuan is truly impeccable! Cleaner than chain hotels, and more welcoming than star-rated hotels. The hosts are an incredibly warm and welcoming young couple. They were polite and friendly, making us feel extremely comfortable. They helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs, chatted with us over tea, and treated us like family, even escorting us to our ride-hailing car… We come from faraway Harbin, but thanks to Zhulin Bieyuan and the young owners, Quanzhou felt so much more welcoming and lovely… Even our daughter said she wished she could stay longer and would definitely come back to Zhulin Bieyuan if she ever returned! We believe the owners' business will continue to thrive! (This is a genuine review, not a shill!)

以後來泉州還會住這家民宿，非常乾淨，裝修很有品位很用心，老闆一看就非常會生活熱愛生活，走廊和房間都是小巧思，離西街很近，一開始擔心父母走路覺得遠，走下來根本不會，去西街很方便，而且民宿位置的優點是能打車，非常滿意！
