必須給這家店一個大大的贊。8月4日到8月6日泉州旅遊入住的這家酒店，回到家才發現有一個耳機不見了，也不知道是在哪裡掉的。抱着試一試的心態聯繫了酒店，酒店當天就安排人查了一下沒有找到，也就不抱希望了。結果8月31號聯繫我説最近酒店不忙了他們安排人把房間床和櫃子全搬出來，最後在床頭的縫隙裏找到了一個耳機，還有快遞給了我。真是失而復得的欣喜。非常感謝酒店，一直把我這件小事放在心上，也感謝酒店的幫助。酒店就在步行街附近，很方便，門頭看着不起大，但是環境真心不錯，被褥還乾淨不潮。下次去泉州還要住這家酒店。

民宿的地理位置沒得説，交通便利，小白停車就在旁邊，公交及打滴滴很方便。服務非常周到，訂房後馬上發泉州旅遊的注意事項以及相關旅遊訊息，到了後，知道我們要走古鎮，馬上發旅遊線路，非常貼心，值得贊。衞生及床上用品很乾凈，每天都幫忙打掃衞生，所以訂了三晚後又續租一晚，對他們的服務給予五星點評。下次來泉州還會住這。👍

房間很乾凈，雖然沒有電梯，但是前台阿姨會幫忙搬行李，而且也會積極幫忙什麼的，床很舒服，而且很乾凈很衞生，很推薦過來入住！！

門頭的字有點小。。不是很明顯 到了打電話 老闆來接 還會幫忙搬行李 出行非常方便就是鐘樓旁邊 兩邊都是公安局 安全感滿滿 西街很多小吃 。 房間很大 衞生也很乾凈

地理位置很好，在泉州古城裡，離鐘樓西街超近，又是在公安局旁邊很安心哦。帶着長者住，因為是民宿酒店沒有電梯，店家很熱情的幫忙搬行李 ，又幫選了二樓的房間方便出行。房間很大，很有特色，是智能化的，衞生很乾凈，智能馬桶圈是加熱的這點長者家十分好評。還很謝謝店家小姐姐給的旅遊攻略，我泉州的朋友説很可以。但因為天氣下雨不能玩得盡興，下次有時間會再去泉州玩。祝酒店越來越好。
