房間很寬敞，也乾淨，住起來很舒服，從沒住過loft，體驗很好，大房子有大電視，看着很爽，老闆響應也很及時，衹是房子比較新，有一丟丟新房的味道，但房子都可以開窗，空氣新鮮。小區很安全，進入得刷門禁，所以小區很安靜，沒閑雜人等，小區應該也是新建的，整體都很新。這個位置不錯，不管是去市區內或者周邊都很方便，去西街開車20min，去泉州東站也差不多20min，玩了兩三天建議大家別住西街附近，西街走了兩天，人車太多，吵得腦瓜子疼，這個民宿屬於新區，周邊很寬敞，交通便利，也安靜。吃飯的話，小吃建議大家去附近有一家永安粿條，就在中駿世界城，非常實惠味道家常，吃炒菜海鮮，附近洛陽橋有一家橋頭農家菜，味很好，衹是對散客老闆服務態度一般，但菜是做得真好，基本都是本地人在吃。洛陽橋也建議大家走走，走完西街説實話對泉州印象很差，電動車亂竄，各色網紅小吃，虧的有幾座古的建築，不然和國內大大小小商業化古城沒大差別，晚上散步到洛陽橋，人極少，安靜，走到橋頭後巷的位置，都是本地居民，建築有特色，這才是旅遊的本意呀，可惜隔天就回家了，應該再往周邊逛逛，比如惠州、晉江、莆田和周邊村落，下次再來吧，還會考慮來住老闆這裏。
