Very good blue for the water park. Good breakfast too

This hotel is primarily for stays close to the aqua park The indoor water park was open when we arrived and we had free entry Outdoor park doesn’t open til May 1st There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel not even a shop and you cannot walk on the main road Very limited to what you can buy at the hotel However a BOLT into cvilamoura was 5 euros and back from quarteria 4 euros so was cheap enough to travel Also bolt back to airport 10 euros Reception restaurant and bar staff you cannot fault and very attentive Good bar snacks prove wise available until 10pm Kids entertainer was brilliant too and games room available Crazy golf ping pong enormous outdoor and warm indoor pools with jacuzzi small gym and a spa area You have to pay 10 euros cash for each pool towel and golf club to hire but you get that back on return No complaints at all

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Thank you

The best SOA in the whole Algarve, 10*, and even enjoy the best jacuzzi, saunas, Turkish bath, tropical shower with a relaxing smell, the pools 10*, I will always come back

Very nice hotel with service worthy of a Portuguese 4 star. The staff is very attentive and attentive to requests. In terms of services, nothing to say because there were a lot of activities for children in addition to the water park. Free parking, mini golf, entertainment every evening, etc. The only problem being the fact that the staff do not speak French but at least that forces us to work on our English. Very nice experience at this hotel 👍🇵🇹
