We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and everything was perfect. We had a stunning sea view. It has its own private beach with white sand, and the water is teeming with sea urchins, making it best to swim in aqua-shoes. The room comes with everything you need: water, tea, sugar, and cream. There's a small water park on the hotel grounds, and a separate children's pool. The menu is varied, changing daily, with lots of greens, baked goods, and drinks.

如果是出來旅遊真心不建議住這個酒店，到處都是蟲很多設備設定也是壞的，打掃房間要到下午5點以後投訴了才來.....和我前面住的希爾頓差距明顯！差評中的差評！枕套還是不洗的，一股臭味！

A wonderful resort!!! A great resort for a wonderful vacation!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful, the food is delicious, especially the seafood. It’s clean and very well maintained. The beach and the views are beautiful. The diving center deserves the 5 stars. It is a great place for kids, adults, divers, adventures and relaxation. We recommend and will visit this paradise again!

The hotel was great; everything met our expectations. However, what Sam did exceeded all our unconscious expectations and needs. The individual approach, empathy for the children, the way he spoke, and the narrative he adopted were simply amazing! Thank you, Sam, most of all, because without you, we wouldn't have been able to resolve several issues (not just hotel-related). In summary, we've visited over 40 countries around the world, but nowhere have we encountered such excellent service and support! A great hotel, but above all, the fantastic staff, including Sam, are on board! Thank you, and I will be forever grateful!

I have the opportunity to go to the resort to spend my birthday with my daughter. We went on the first of February. Thanks Chef Sanjay. We love breakfast, food amazing. Service and staff we very nice and kind. Specially Mr Jerome from restaurant. He took well care of us. After breakfast we went to Aqualand and was amazing. Thanks to all staff and people from Crystal Beach, I spent a wonderfull birthday

I really liked this resort. We went there for my fiance 's birthday. Atmosphere was good.. food was good. We were warmly well by the staffs. Staffs were very friendly. I would like to especially thank Jia from the reception who has made our day.
