I had to leave from the hotel due to some family emergency. They told me to pay back only 1 night but later they said no payment at all you can call the police if you want. Quite rude behavior especially from the owner. A lot of mosquitoes and I couldn't sleep. Poor quality and very bad neighborhood. Their rooms are in very bad condition. There are a lot of insects in the room. No proper cleaning has been done. Every where I touch was dust

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have a fantastic time ,Orchid villa is a very peaceful place. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned. Cannot waited to come back again. The place is valve for money. Thank you so much, Cannot wait to come again

Absolutely Disgusting! If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dirty beyond belief, staff are utterly terrible! The owners are running an absolute crap show. Complaining won’t work, these villas are to be avoided like the plague! You have been warned

Its terrible to arrive at 21h00 with small children to find that you have to water in the pipes at all to be able to take a shower. You get only 1 towel while its a bungalow with 3 rooms. There is no plates or cooking utensils although its advertised as a fully equipped kitchen. You have to follow up and keep asking for basic things that should have already been placed only to have an arrogant and annoyed reaction from the owner. There are rats entering the villa every night and making a mess and pooping. It feels like there is no maintenance being done to keep the villa in good condition. Except for the location being walking distance and close to hotels on the other side, the owner knows nothing about how to properly treat the guest or about hospitality in this kind of business..

No towel in washroom No clean water and enough water in pool Constant follow by the reception Owner is arrogant and very rude to client once payment is done. No privacy family cannot enjoy at all. We booked two villas yet it was a nightmare. Very bad experience, our stay was ruined and our family was really dissappointed. Highly not recommended.

Beautiful place but needed money spent on it. When arriving it was supposed to have been cleaned, it was dirty . There was thick dust under the beds , behind the drawers the lamps on the top were caked with dust. The iron was broken on the end which was catching all our clothes. The outside balcony couldn't have been washed for absolutely months .There was a high chair that was awful needed throwing absolute health hazard for any child. We cleaned the place ourselves top to bottom which we didn't expect to have to do been as we were on holiday. We had the choice of the cleaner but if that was her standard then we said don't bother. The bbq that was there wasn't fit for use that needed dumping. Silly things like needing a new mop & bucket because the bucket was broken , a new dustpan & brush because I had to wedge a paper bag in the hole of the handle so the handle didn't keep falling out. Locks on the doors a bit iffy . Tv did not work, couldn't access any tv stations lucky enough we took our Amazon fire stick so we was able to watch a bit of tv. Back gate was broken off & just left laying against the fence . Air conditioning could most probably do with a service & a clean .To be honest it is in need of a total good paint & some things replacing.

Dirty unhelpful and elec hazards
Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either.

Maison délabré à évité, les maison sont dans un sale états vieillot et pas entrenu envahi de souris je n est jamais vue une location dans un tel etats ,salle de bain et cuisine salé et très abîmé on a du quitter la location car c était insalubre, a éviter

Maison sales délabré manque ustensiles de cuisine , présence se souris wifi uniquement dans le jardin une horreur on a du quitter le logement , fauteuil manger par les termites impossible de s assoir dessus la scie sous le canapé faites par les termites
